INSTRUCTION: For an ensemble (duet, trio, quartet ect. [for Duet both parts must be equal the second must not be an accompaniment]), list ALL the students on ONE FORM. To enter multiple students playing SOLO repertoire, please submit a SEPARATE form for EACH student. Solo Repertoire with an accompanist and concerti, including solo piano concerti with a second piano accompaniment are NOT considered ensembles they are solos with an accompanist. Examples of concerti that are ensembles: J. S. Bach's Double Violin Concerto, L. V. Beethoven's Triple Concerto. We can NOT accommodate Double piano concerti (works that require a third piano for accompaniment i.e.: Poulenc, Bach, Mozart concerti for two solo pianos and orchestra.
